Card is a 8400GS, with which I am currently trying to do an overclocking contest here in the BeNeLux. To bad I have so little time :(

some heatpipe cooler mounted onto VGA + armaflex insulation + DI on top :D

btw, did you have any problems with frozen heatpipe, Massman? :)

Actually, no. The heatload was high enough to keep the gpu temp at about 20°C (2v). I should have rubbed in the heatsink with a little bit of acetone, I think.

I have done the same thing with my 7300GT and then I had problems with condensation.

You can try the same stuff on a MB as well... together with Sam we did kind of similar on a Blitz Extreme except for any insulation :D The board shut down though soon after we covered the southbridge with DI as well :ocx25: (but came alive the next day)
